How Do I Get Started?

1-Decide on the type of your cafe: You should plan the concept of the cafe you intend to open. You should decide whether it will be a place where friends will spend time together, a snack place for the morning, a place where only men will hang out and watch the match. Examples can of course be multiplied. The first thing you need to decide.

2-Imagine yourself as a customer: As a customer, visualize yourself coming to this cafe. What would you like to eat and drink? How do you sit at the tables and what do you need? Imagining these will make it easier for you to have ideas.

Opening Conditions

a) Indoor area will be at least 60 m2.

b) There will be at least two toilets for men and women.

c) Industrial type dishwasher, and under the sink where a grease trap will be installed.

d) There will be air conditioner, generator, there will be a hood on the stove connected to the chimney.

e) The walls of the kitchen will be completely tiled.

f) The kitchen section will consist of three parts and will meet hygienic conditions.

g) The chimney will not be removed from the outside of the building.

h) There will be a mastery certificate for cookery.

I) There will be a hot water system and hot water in the kitchen.

i) There will be a dressing room or locker for the servants in a separate place from the hall.

J) A technical person who will draw a detailed layout sketch showing the status of the workplace. This layout sketch cannot be changed without permission.

k) In furnaces that require water filters, a separate water meter connected to the subscriber must be installed.

Required documents

1-Copy of identity card and residence certificate (attested by the headman's office)

5-Original or Notarized copy of the rental agreement if it is for rent.

6-Copy of tax plate.

7- A copy of the relevant Chamber of Commerce or Chamber of Commerce registration.

8-Mastership certificate according to the profession.

9-Copy of insurance or bonding certificate, or retirement certificate.

10- The garbage container will be taken and its invoice.

11-A water subscriber card meter will be installed in the workplace

12- If there is an opening license given to the same address before, it will be returned to the Municipality.

13-A fire measure has been reported from the fire department.

14- A copy of the identity document that proves that he/she has made an identity report to the security.

15-Signature circular, a copy of the Trade Registry Gazette (in case of a company)

16- A new dated criminal record (together with court decisions) will be brought from the C. Prosecutor's Office. UN Decision 28.10.2004
