La Cimbali S60-S100+TS Super Automatic Coffee Machine

LaCimbali's coffee experience, which has come from 1913 to the present, combined with its super automatic working principle in La Cimbali S60. La Cimbali S60 is a fully automatic espresso machine equipped with flexible, compact and intuitive technology designed for use by people with no barista experience. The menu of La Cimbali S60, which offers a wide range of beverages, has an option that appeals to every customer's taste. Thanks to this feature, La Cimbali S60 is ideal for high coffee consumption points.

High performance

The La Cimbali S60 can dispense up to 260 cups of beverage per hour (theoretical capacity) without compromising the Italian coffee quality of the high-end La Cimbali. However, in terms of machine life and health, it is recommended to take 600 cups of beverage per day. La Cimbali S60 uses 3 technological grinders with 24V power and titanium blades with 64mm diameter. These blades are manually adjustable and easily accessible.

User experience

The 7-inch touch screen of La Cimbali S60 can be adjusted in different ways for beverage selection. Everything displayed on this screen – be it beverage images, screenshots, videos of making a drink, or music – can be edited to help the customer choose their drink.

Coffee Group

The coffee group of La Cimbali S60, produced with new reinforced metal and techno-polymers, is compactly designed. Consistent brewing is guaranteed, even with premium and specialty coffees, thanks to the preheated, all-metal group head. This group head is movable, allowing the use of cups of all sizes.

Patented Smart Boiler

TurboSteam Cold Contact

Unlike conventional steam wands, Turbo Steam technology prepares milk and cream at the temperature you want. In this technology, where 4 different air emission profiles can be applied, the desired temperature and cream density are adjusted for each key. The sensitive thermometer located at the end of the steam arm monitors the temperature while heating the milk and simultaneously shows it to you on the screen. It also injects air into the milk so that you can obtain the desired density of cream with an air motor inside the machine. In this way, it is possible to heat milk at the same density and temperature every time.

The new TurboSteam Cold Touch is a special steam wand whose outer surface is made of insulating and non-stick material. Thanks to this special outer surface coating, the steam wand remains cold before and after steam generation – in short, all the time – so that it can be safely touched. This stick can also be easily cleaned from milk residues thanks to its non-stick feature. In addition, La Cimbali S60 has a manual steam arm with which you can monitor the temperature with its digital display.

Integrated Bidirectional Wi-Fi system

The integrated Wi-Fi system of La Cimbali S30 has the ability to both send information and accept commands with bidirectional telemetry technique. Thanks to this feature, the user can easily view how many drinks are made on a daily basis, the usage status of the water filter, daily necessary maintenance, malfunctions and many similar indicators over the internet. In addition, La Cimbali S30 can communicate with the Cup4You application designed for smartphones, thus eliminating the need to touch the device and taking orders easily and quickly. In addition, La Cimbali does not charge any fees for these services.

AWS Automated Cleaning System

Thanks to AWS, the automatic cleaning system of La Cimbali S60, the daily washing cycles of the device give a warning for cleaning at the times you set beforehand. This innovative system cleans the machine effectively and deeply, providing maximum hygiene at the touch of a button.

Perfect Grinding System

The first step to perfect coffee is through perfect grinding. Flow disturbances occur in coffee brewing as a result of changes in coffee bean, ambient temperature and humidity in use. Titanium grinders of La Cimbali S60 have PGS, the Perfect Grinding System, which regularly monitors the ground coffee and confirms that the calibration is at the desired settings. Thanks to PGS, if the ground coffee does not provide the demanded flow, the mills are adjusted automatically and calibration is provided, thus ensuring the highest flow during brewing.

Ruv EcoTech

Ruv Eco Tech coating technology is one of La Cimbali's patented technologies. La Cimbali uses this technology in every espresso machine it produces. In this coating machine, each metal part that comes into contact with water is coated with a special coating. In this way, the metal release that the machine will make to the water in the medium and long term during the espresso making phase is reduced to zero. Metal density increases in the body of people who drink coffee regularly. Health problems may occur due to this metal release. La Cimbali S20 also eliminates this problem.
