Description | • The bottom of the cooking pan is made of 8 mm thick high quality stainless steel material. Thus, the resistance of the sole against rust is increased. • Stainless steel micro-hole burners in gas models provide maximum efficiency. To increase safety, a gas tap with safety device and a thermocouple for flame monitoring are used. • With the electronic ignition system in gas models, easy operation is provided for users. In addition, operating or ignition conditions can be monitored with the signal lamps on the panel. • If the pan is lifted during operation with the help of the micro switch in gas tilting pans, the burners turn off and when the pan returns to its original position, the burners automatically start working again. • Gas models can be adjusted between 120-300 °C. In electric models, the temperature can be adjusted between 50-300 °C. • Power can be adjusted thanks to the energy regulator. • With the insulation material around the pan, not much heat is spread to the environment. Accordingly, energy savings are achieved with low energy consumption. • Manual lifting mechanism is available as standard on tilting pans. In addition, optional electric motor lifting system is available. • All the corners inside the pan have been rounded and polished. Easy cleaning is provided. • There are heaters made of specially designed stainless steel under the cooking surface. Thanks to specially designed heaters, a cooking surface with homogeneous temperature is provided. The heaters quickly bring the surface temperature to the desired temperature level. • Hot and cold water connections can be made. Hot and cold water inlet valves can be controlled from the front panel. The pan can be filled with the chrome-plated battery in the devices. • The double-walled cover increases the insulation level. Adjustable spring cover lifting mechanism provides easy opening and closing of the cover. • A safety thermostat has been installed to increase the security level and prevent the ceiling from overheating. • Electricity supply in electric models: 380-400 V / 3 ~NPE /50 Hz. Electricity supply in gas models: 220-240 V / ~NPE /50 Hz. • Motorized lifting system is optional for all products. |
