Öztiryakiler Boiler Chrome Steel Steam 400 Liter

It is made of stainless steel sheet.

The inner boiler is 304 2,5 mm pressed form.

Outer wall 304 quality 2.5 mm

The cover is double-walled, manufactured from 304 quality 1.50 mm sheet metal on the outside and 1.20 mm inside, with a special press-printed form, welded with argon welding and the welding traces are grinded.

There is a spring mechanism on the cover.

The lid is gasketed and there are 2 locking mechanisms on it to lock it during cooking.

There is a steam discharge valve on the cover (cover safety valve)

There is a wall steam pressure valve on the boiler and a manometer showing the steam pressure.

The boiler is covered with insulation material (glass wool) and heat loss is prevented.

The boiler is covered with 0.80 mm stainless steel sheet.

There is a profile chassis on the bottom of the boiler and there are 4 height-adjustable 60 mm stainless steel legs on this chassis.

Boiler steam inlet is 1.5”.

Boiler steam output is ¾”.

The boiler food discharge valve has a capacity of 2” and has a safety lever against unintentional opening.

There is a swan type sink mixer with hot-cold double water connection for filling water into the boiler on the top of the boiler.

The steam boiler wall pressure is 0.4 bar/40 pascal (max. 0.5 bar).

Steam consumption maximum 90 kg/h

The boiler body is cylindrical and has a capacity of 400 liters.
