• Öztiryakiler 900 series has boiling pots with many different features. Gas or electric products, products with direct or indirect heating, models with a volume of 100 to 250 liters are available. • Boiling pots with round or rectangular cauldrons provide the opportunity to make many different dishes, soups and sauces. • Thanks to the monoblock boiler structure, the durability of the products has been increased and cleaning has been ensured. • The double-walled cover increases the insulation level. Adjustable spring cover lifting mechanism provides easy opening and closing of the cover. • Energy and time savings are achieved by properly closing the cover. • In the indirect cooking system, saturated steam of 110 °C with a pressure of 0.4 bar is created inside the wall, thus providing homogeneous heat distribution in the boiler, side and bottom sections of the boiling pots. • Stainless steel micro-hole burners in gas models provide maximum efficiency. To increase safety, a gas tap with safety device and a thermocouple for flame monitoring are used. • In order to reduce energy consumption, the boiler is covered with insulation material. • The power of the device can be adjusted by the button on the front panel. • Fast discharge is provided with the large discharge valve suitable for contact with food. • The pressure relief valve in the indirect models prevents the pressure inside the wall from increasing excessively. • Manometer indicator allows the user to see the inner wall pressure. • With the external pressure valve in the pressure safety group, it is possible to release steam manually while the device is operating. • With the electronic ignition system in gas models, easy operation is provided for users. In addition, operating or ignition conditions can be monitored with the signal lamps on the panel. • Hot and cold water connections can be made. Hot and cold water inlet valves can be controlled from the front panel with a solenoid valve. Boiler water can be filled with the chrome-plated battery on the top of the devices. • Electric models have heaters made of INCOLOY material.
